missing cockatiel

my albino cockatiel casper flew away today around 8pm, he is free flight trained and i went outside to take a couple pictures of him and something spooked him and he flew off. he's a really sweet bird, doesn't bite. if you a see if please inform me. he was last seen on shirley st, trendwood on my neighbors roof. a cash reward is being offered if found. please text or call this number is seen/found, . this bird means so much to me and i just want him home.
