A cat who appears to perhaps be a Manx (not much of a tail) has been roaming the Near South neighborhood for perhaps the last 3 weeks. It is approachable but will not stand still long enuff to read the tags (there appear to be 3 tags). Since it is NOT a feral cat, I will not trap or catch it. Animal control was notified but seems uninterested.
If you are missing or own this cat but allow it to roam outside, please let me know and I will be happy to share any info I know...I was able to see one tag had a 441 number which I called, but they arent doing much that I am aware of.
I set out food for TNRed Feral Cats and the Manx looking cat also is being fed this way (and perhaps by other too).
I am NOT in possession of your cat, I only wanted to share this info if someone is missing this cat.
PS..this MAY NOT be an actual Manx, but appears similar to one as a FYI vs your missing cat.
