Gold chain and 3 charms pearl, gold dog tag, enamel heart. The dog tag has my anniversary stamped in it. Lost while out running errands on Saturday April 3. Possibly lost at Sportsmans Warehouse, Lowes, Ale House or City Market on 12th and Patterson. Sentimental value. Please contact if any part is found. I have feeling it could have scattered when it came off. Thank you so much
