Need a plumbers help

Description

I installed new galvanized piping to replace my front yard hose spigot. (See the picture ). I used pipe dope and it leaks at the elbow (see picture). Maybe it just needs to be tightened or maybe it needs something else but I need the help of an experienced plumber. Please do not respond to this unless you are a working plumber with experience and expertise to fix this problem. Paying $75 cash for you to come help me do this right and make it water tight.
