Lost red supreme Fanny pack at US National Arboretum

Hello, I lost a red Supreme fanny pack waist bag at the US National Arboretum, Asian Gardens - China Village on Easter Sunday afternoon. The bag had a collapsable bright green dog water bowl hanging from it. The contents were puppy potty plastic bags, hand sanitizer, etc nothing important. Everything in there was for my dog. This bag has a sentimental value for me, it belongs to my son so I cried when I realized that I had lost it. I left it on the bench (see pictures) near by the gazebo while taking pictures with my dog. As soon as I realized I had left it on the bench I went back but the bag was gone. Please call or text if you found this red Fannypack, let me know. I would really appreciate it if you gave it back. As I mention it is very important to me it has a sentimental value.
