Painting Subcontractor Crew Wanted!

SelecTex Painting LLC is a local, Austin-based painting company, and we are looking for a new painting crew to join our team! We have a lot of work coming in and need a dedicated crew that wants to work with us long-term. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality painting and drywall/texturing services to our clients on high-end, and rental property residential homes. We pay well and need a crew of at least 3+ dedicated painters to handle 1-3 projects per week. In order to work for SelecTex Painting, you must meet ALL of the requirements listed below: 1. Must have a dedicated crew of at least 3 painters. 2. Must speak good English, and have good customer service skills, being able to do walkthroughs with customers at the end of projects. 3. Must have a work van or truck with ladder racks, and ladders of all varying sizes, including long extension, and A-frame ladders. 4. Must have an airless sprayer, and be proficient in spraying interiors and exteriors of homes. 5. Must have all painting tools needed to execute any painting project. 6. Must have Social Security or ITIN number, to work as a 1099 independent contractor. 7. Must take pride in your work and never leave drips or overspray on floors or anywhere else in or around homes. 8. Must clean up after yourselves to leave projects cleaner than when started. 9. Must do extensive prep and masking work to ensure a clean, precise job is done, and limit the time needed for touchups. 10. Must be able to patch small and large drywall holes, as well as match orange peel or knockdown texture using spray can texture. 11. Must have a hopper for spraying texture on larger projects, and be experienced with texturing walls and ceilings. 12. We prefer that you have experience painting cabinets, preferably with an HVLP sprayer. Please do not contact us unless you meet ALL of these requirements and are experienced professionals.
