Found small black dog

Found a small black Pug/Boston terrier chihuahua mix dog. He is running around the neiborhood next to the Ellwood Bluffs on Santa Barbara Shores Dr, Pebble Beach, Anchor Dr and Seagull Dr. He is not neutered and looked about 10 to 12 lbs. He has a collar on but wouldn't let me touch him to see if there was a number or address. Feel free to email me back if you think this is your dog.
