Position: lawn mowing/landscaping Team Member We have 3 openings…. Primary office is located in San Antonio Tx Macario Brothers Lawn Care is a small local business. We are looking for a lawn mowing techs and landscape maintenance persons who would like to grow with our business. As part of the Macario Brothers team, you will feel part of something bigger and belong to a company that goes beyond just cutting lawns... we have a mission to be the best company to work for in the area. Compensation: $15 per hour for crew leaders & $14 for crew members with valid drivers license plus bonus for production, quality and customer referral. For example, for every person you speak with and signs up for a recurring service, you will receive $ 50.00. benefits: - We offer paid vacations - We pay your birthday -We pay every week on Fridays -We want you to earn a lot of money! -We maintain your equipment. -We provide water and ice! -Equipment updated and maintained regularly - we have free snack, chips and drinks March to December we work full time. Requirements: --teamwork --Non smoker --Reliable transportation, - Able to pass drug test - Capable of working in extreme weather --1 year minimumof verifiable experience -We work from Monday to Friday. If it rains during the week, we will work on Saturday. -no fear of heights (we install Christmas lights) - No attendance issues, our clients are depending on us. - We have a 3 day trial period.
