Need a qualified person to do this minor bodywork. See pic - a tire blowout knocked the panel out of place. The washer fluid pump also needs to be fixed - likely needs a new motor - but this work is optional. If you can come to me, great. Quote me. I will pay a fair price and tip for exceptional service.
