Been doing lots of spring cleaning

I love this weather, and time of the year. Its time to get the spring cleaning, yard work, garden cleaned, all going. I have been doing that and more after a small construction job in the yard. My legs and back are tired and achy as I am no youngster anymore. I know the M word will get this flagged, so I could really use some tired leg and back therapy.
