Electrical Skills Needed

Looking for someone with electrical experience that can use their knowledge and skills in my attic to clean up some rat's nest (lose wires), put in some junction boxes and restore some lost power. Would prefer to get it done over the next day or two before the temperature gets into the 90's. I'll provide all the materials. Please let me know what you estimated your cost would be. Thanks!
