Still in search of adopting an Indian Ringneck Parakeet or if someone knows a breeder in the New Mexico area. I had someone kindly give me a link to breeders but the only breeder who used to breed Indian Ringneck Parakeets has stopped breeding them couple years ago (So thank you to that person).
