Heeyyy everybody 40-something musician-artist guy here, wondering if another area musician is looking for a roommate, or willing to team up to split the cost of a decent house. I’m willing to consider quite a few cities in and around Detroit, maybe even north or west of the area. Clear communication and lack of shadiness is a must. I like a stable, relatively clean environment. No hard partiers or drama please. Any true musician or artist knows the value of a good living situation. Vibe is everything.
