80's Rock and R&B Band Seeking Lead Guitar Player / Lead Singer

We are a garage band that has been around for over 20 years and now needs a replacement lead guitar player / lead singer. We are decent musicians with a casual approach to jamming and public performances. We all have day jobs, but like to play at fundraising events and local small venues. Smaller time commitment with only quarterly (or so) gigs. Practices bi-weekly in Durham. The selection process involves a phone conversation, a request for an mp3 sample file and then an evening together with the band to confirm chemistry.
