Description

I need an estimate to install 340 SF of LVT 48" x 7" Loose Lay Tile. No Glue down required. Labor Only. Karndean Van Gogh Rigid Core Loose Lay. (I will provide the material) As this is loose lay LVT, a 1/4" gap needs to be maintained at the perimeter, so I will also need 1/2" qtr round added around the perimeter = 140LF. Also will need new carpet transition at a 5'-0" opening and a 3'-0" opening removed and reinstalled with an aluminum color transition strips. Provide an estimate for removal of old LVT (already loose) and disposal.
