democrat believe blacks don't have enough intelligence to function in society without someone holding their hand. I believe that blacks have the ability regardless of how democrats portray blacks. blacks are able to figure out how to get a drivers license or state id. blacks are able to figure out how to use their id to get medical care. blacks are able to use their id to get entitlements. blacks are able to use their id to buy baseball tickets. blacks are able to use their id to cash a check. and many more activities in life that democrats say they can't do because they are incompetent. if blacks can do all this and more, than why are they saying you don't have enough intelligence to use an id to register to vote. I'm just pointing out how the democrats view the black community. they don't want blacks to think for themselves they just want them to vote only for a democrat. think for yourself and make them earn your vote. they are buying black votes with all the money handouts, and selling more of America to china to finance it.
