Stump Removal for Fire Pit

We removed a midsize tree and would like to convert that space to a firepit. I am looking for someone to remove as much of the stump as necessary to effectively convert it to a firepit. As you can tell by the picture, the current blocks are stacked two high, but I plan to purchase more so the fire pit can be four blocks high. If you are skilled in using mortar/Quick Crete and can further solidify the block with cement and line the inside, that would be great too. I am open to suggestions to accomplish the mission. Please share your thoughts, capabilities, and samples of work.
