2007 Mustang GT engine help needed - possibly replace rocker arm

Ford Mustang GT mechanic needed - 2007 Ford Mustang GT 119,000 miles - Ticking noise heard in engine that gets faster with acceleration; started yesterday (April 3, 2021) - No check engine light - Checked oil, was low, added quart and half of 5W-20 and Oil additive and ticking did not get better - Started to run a little rough but not running rough anymore; ticking still there - Ran codes P022 code (Intake Camshaft position timing Over retarded (Bank 2)) - Car not overheating, no engine modifications - Wanting someone to come take a look at my apartment complex in Hillcrest area (off Washington and 163) - Give estimate for repair - Maybe check to see if there is a broken spark plug possibly which could cause these issues or whatever else it could be - possibly replace rocker arm or tighten spark plugs! Would appreciate any help! Thank you in advance!
