Our current rolodex of Vendors and Contractor(s) are overwhelmed with the continued request from Realtors, Investors and Homeowners for construction projects/work. At this point we are looking to contract and outsource our pending jobs to you and your company. *Side note, we have a pending HVAC job that needs immediate attention, if you specialize in this service, please contact me immediately and we can schedule an appointment to discuss immediately. Trade/Skills Requirements: - General Contractor - Trade Contractor (HVAC, Plumber, Electrician, Framer and/or Roofer) Qualifications & Requirements your Company needs: - General Liability Insurance - Worker’s Compensation (Unless your company/profession is “Workers Comp Exempt”) - 3 Professional References (This should be former employers and/or current/former customers) - Your Company can manage between two (2) and three (3) construction jobs simultaneously.
