Spotless ‘n Serene Referral Agency is recruiting self employed house cleaners and/or those working as an independent contractor for other house cleaning companies. House cleaning jobs are available in North County, local to Carlsbad, and include recurring or maintenance cleaning jobs, as well as move-in/move out cleaning jobs, or one time cleaning jobs. Current available jobs: 5000 sq ft home Carlsbad bi-weekly 4300 sq ft home Carlsbad bi-weekly 3000 sq ft home Carlsbad monthly 1200 sq ft home Encinitas monthly Vacation Rental in LaCosta Resort & Spa More recurring cleaning jobs are available if interested in location and payout. Currently booking move in/move out jobs for May, and expect more of those jobs this month, many same week requests. Benefits: -Earn $30 p/hour (60% of all jobs) -Earn up to $1200 or more weekly -Work with a partner to earn over $6000 monthly -Create your own schedule to work when you want -Keep your existing clients -Accept the jobs you want to do in the areas you want to work in -Negotiate for higher pay once on job site -Transparency- Know what the client is being charged Requirements: -Have clients/house cleaning jobs of your own (ok to be working with other companies) -Business license (Mandatory as of last year, and can advise how to get it) -Have your own supplies and equipment -Updated smart phone to be able to manage a scheduling app for jobs, job notes, add photos, etc. -Speak and understand English -Legal US citizen with social security number -Reliable transportation -2 years or more house cleaning experience Desirable Qualities: -Honest -Hardworking -Reliable -Dependable -Accommodating -Friendly High attention to detail with impeccable cleaning standards and efficient and consistent cleaning routine is highly preferred in order to receive positive feedback and generate 5-star reviews for every job completed. Photos above are examples of what the client was charged, so jobs are priced nicely for cleaners to make more money. All positions are as independent contractors, and include a W-9 form at time of recruitment, and a 1099 issued at the end of each year. Work with a 5-star company, both on Yelp and Google.
