Lost black fluffy cat!

Hello please help! My old partially blind male black cat has been missing since March 31st last seen when we let him outside at 5 am to go potty. He sits on the porch till 6am and comes inside for his meds ( he has glaucoma) and we have not seem him since. He is very shy since be lost some of his sight, but is very kind. He is very quite ( will not meow unless hungry, he loves fancy feast) blends in like a shadow and is very good at hiding. He is vaccinated and 15 years Old. His name is Mr. T but we call him meme. Please be on the look out for him! He gets migraines if he doesn't get his meds and I am very worried about him! location gig harbor, please report to facebook post!
