I need help getting an Astro van to start and run

Hi. I recently lost my younger and only brother due to heart failure and he has an Astro van parked in front of his place that won't start. I need to get it running and bring it home to my house. I can buy whatever parts needed to get it running and offer something for the repairs but I don't have enough to have it towed and fixed by a shop. Is there a mechanic with some tools that could help me figure this out today even though it's Easter? Thank you.
