Job Responsibilities Performs pack-out and pack-back services after water/fire/smoke and mold damage. Work as directed by supervisor to include pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, loading boxes and contents into truck, and cleaning. Takes photos of the job site and of 100% of the contents in customer's home so they may be properly inventoried and tracked. May perform other duties (i.e.,construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration jobs. Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor. Reports any customer concerns to supervisor. Completes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job. Crew Members may also be trained on restoration equipment operation. Certification awarded upon successful completion. For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face. Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
