We’re continuing to grow! We are an established landscape maintenance company working primarily in Caldwell and Catawba Counties. We are seeking new Maintenance Crew Leaders. Experience in the Lawn Care industry is a must. Also must be familiar with general grounds maintenance including: mowing, trimming, shrub trimming, mulching, etc. Must be proficient with commercial mowing equipment and be able to operate a truck and trailer. Duties include… - Ensuring proper maintenance of properties on assigned routes according to our company’s maintenance procedures. - Ensuring proper care of equipment and vehicles. - Supervising a 2-3 man crew and making sure safety protocols are followed. For the right candidates, we offer a competitive starting hourly pay with guaranteed winter income as well as the potential for a competitive salary offer. Production and efficiency bonuses are also available. Must be 18 years or older, hard-working and highly motivated, have reliable transportation to our shop, and be able to pass a drug test.
