Sweet cat, declawed and spayed

We have been caring for our mother’s cat for the past 3 years as she was being bullied by dogs. She is very sweet and likes to sit on laps and make biscuits. She can also have a bit of sass and gives love bites. She was declawed and spayed before we received her and believe she is around 12 years old. She began dragging her butt after we took her in, but we had her checked out at the vet and she has no issues which would cause this. We believe it is territorial marking because of our other cat as she never did this in the past. She does this each time she goes to the bathroom so we have placed her in a cat house for sanitary reasons. We are moving across the country in a few months and are looking to find a good home for her. She would be $200 and comes with her litter box and house. It would be ideal to find a home for her where she can roam about. However, it works well to take her out for monitored free time and cuddles before putting her away to control the marking.
