3rd Shift Lead Dock Worker and Float Route Driver. $18.00 per hour and a 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift. ***Please include an email when replying. We are Alliance Courier in Menomonie*** Maintain flow of inbound and outbound freight in various stages of the shift. Use of forklift for organizing skids from docks to assigned areas of warehouse. Nightly work handled are skids, gaylords, totes and bags and boxes. Items must be broken down and sorted to various locations in warehouse. Occasional need to take truck on route for driver coverage. Routes are to businesses at night. Class D license required. Loading and unloading vehicles for route drivers to depart. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Have had a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years. Pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, DOT physical and background check). Have an acceptable MVR as per our company Fleet Safety Policy. Pass a company driving test. Be fluent in English both written and spoken. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of delivery experience Customer service experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Ability to push/pull either 2 wheeler or pallet of cases/tubs Ability to operate a pallet jack
