Need Experienced Painting Subcontractors for the upcoming season. We do residential exterior painting work in the Pittsburgh area. Must have Valid Pa Drivers License. Liability Insurance For residential Exterior Painting up to 40 feet high, must be covered for $2,000,000.00. In Addition you must have Workman's Comp insurance. Must have at least 10 years experience, van or truck, equipment, tools, latter's etc. and two helpers on the books. We are not one of those cheap franchise companies. We price are work correctly. We pay 50% to our subcontractors and that also covers materials. Our jobs are priced at double most other companies making our 50% pay a lot more. We price our jobs so that our Sub's can afford to be completely legit on the books. We do mostly high end and don't under bid our jobs. We warrantee the work through our company so we need very experienced and local painters only.
