Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Pre-season maintenance of the water park to get the park ready for the summer season, hours as early at February Complete daily pre-opening safety inspections of slides and attractions Respond to attraction shutdowns during park operation and safely return the attraction to operation Maintain all proper safety policies and procedures General upkeep of the park facilities Pool cleaning Water testing General landscaping Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark including facility layout and amenities Follow all park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Swimming ability required Basic knowledge of proper usage of tools and equipment, preffered Work well under pressure Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Energy and enthusiasm for long days Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 75 pounds.
