ISO: Cutting 4 hollow steel rods

I'm modifying a bed frame, and I need someone to do the following to 4 of my 28" rods: 1. Trim to 3" 2. Drill a 5/8"-dia hole Rods appear to be steel, hollow 1.5"-dia with 1mm thickness. I can bring the rods anywhere within 7 miles of downtown Minneapolis on weekends or weekday evenings, or you can come to me at Franklin/14th Ave S in Ventura Village. Please email me. Thank you!
