We are currently seeking a full time Field Support Specialist who is ambitious, career minded and willing to be taught a variety of home inspection and environmental testing tasks. The Field Support Specialist is a growth position within our company and others starting in this position have become both managers and home inspectors. Benefits: • Company vehicle • Paid training • Tools • Uniforms • Profit-sharing • 401K Responsibilities: We will train the right individual to: • Obtain a Connecticut Home Inspector Intern Permit with our assistance. • Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of home inspection and environmental testing functions such as assisting home inspectors, radon and water testing, Indoor Air Quality surveys, drone inspections, etc. • Problem solve while consistently delivering outstanding customer service. • Conduct outstanding professional conversations with real estate agents and home buyers. Requirements: • Be a deadline oriented and aggressive self-starter. • Possess a business mind with strong attention to detail. • Possess a professional demeanor with excellent people skills. • Possess a strong work ethic with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Be technology friendly (iPad, iPhone, laptop) with excellent typing skills. • Be devoted to willingly learning new skills. • Ability to work unsupervised in a field-based workplace in all weather conditions. • Ability to work independently at the direction of our customer support staff. • Ability to pass background, substance, motor vehicle and driver’s license employment screens • Fairfield County residency and Saturday availability We will train the right individual.
