Hello, I'm with Perennial Construction. We are looking for an able and strong crew member for the work that we have in NYC. We are the biggest apartment turns contractor in the NYC. We serve over 30 clients and we renovate about 50 apartments every month. We specifically looking for an experienced carpenter. Requirements 1. Must have their own tools 2. Must have own transportation 3. Must be willing to work 40hrs a week 4. Must be physically able to lift up 80lbs 5. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and Spanish Responsibilities 1.
