ImprovisationII - Electric bassist seeks

I play electric bass. My own interest is an amalgamation of jazz, folk, prog, classical. I am into Miles Davis, King Crimson, John McLaughlin, Bill Evans, Oregon, Weather Report with sprinklings of Zeppelin, The Allmans, Joni Mitchell, CSN. I want a band that is open and built around new ideas, exploring, seeking, pushing, reacting to the moment. I like the approach of Miles, 72 - 75, Burnt Sugar(A tribute band, of sorts, to that period of Miles and HOBOLEMA(Holdsworth, Bozzio, Levin, Mastelatto): bands that walk(ed) on with no set agenda and just begin playing. To an extent the Dead did the same thing, but they usually had the security of lyrics, song structure. My own dream would be three drummers(Or two traps and a hand percussionist) Myself on bass and keys, a guitarist to double on bass and keys, a violinist/violist to double on guitar and keys, a reed player and brass player, both with keyboard ability. But the above is a dream, and I am open to trying anything within the realm of creative, improvisation, even covers, if it is understood we are NOT trying to recreate a recording.
