Re Singer needed Pro vocalist

I read your response and laughed my ass off but your right on point. I don't get the qualifications (outside of being able to sing and know how to play your instrument) that these people who run these bands look for. With the way things are today unless your on a death bed what difference does it make if your heavy, thin, short, tall etc. These leaders should be happy if they get any responses from qualified players. Most of the bands that i see performing whether local or on a bigger level have mixed bands of every nationality, body type etc. If you want the best players who are going to make you money and be responsible what else should matter?
