With Back End Logistics, you get to work your own way: set your days and get paid for the days you work. Select the daily route that works for you and get paid for each route you work. When scheduling a route, you get to see how long it will last and how much you can earn before making a decision on whether to sign up for a route. Duties: The Delivery team will work alongside other members of the company to ensure complete, accurate, and on-time deliveries to the company’s customers. Delivery teams will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and effective manner at all times. This position interfaces with consumers regularly therefore professional attitudes and behavior are critical. Drive a box truck in Boise, ID and the surrounding area. Work with a delivery partner in 2-person teams to deliver and instal a variety of furniture and/or mattresses into the homes and businesses of our amazing customers. Safely load and unload merchandise from our warehouse into the delivery vehicle. Lift and move furniture or mattresses into residential locations safely and with care. Unpack and connect/assemble the merchandise. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards. Provide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication. Follow routes and time schedules. Work with the warehouse associate as required at load out in the morning. Maintain appearance of delivery truck by daily cleaning of the inside of the truck. Customer Service Focus: Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Meet and exceed demanding standards as we work to go beyond our customers’ expectations. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Communicate in a timely and professional manner with other team members, Dispatcher and Supervisors. What’s in it for you: Drivers earn from $36,000.00 to $43,000.00 per year plus bonuses and daily tips. Helpers earn from $28,000.00 to 34,560.00 per year. plus bonuses and daily tips. Flexible shifts & work (full-time, part-time, weekends, on-call). Uniforms provided by company. Gym membership & Netflix Membership provided by company after 30 days of employment. Major discounts at the stores you will be delivering for. Approved requested days off with 48 hour notice. Requirements 2+ years of professional box truck driving experience. If no experience, then we will train you. 1+ years of experience in customer service (last mile deliveries), if no experience, then we will train you. Must have a valid state driver’s license and have a clean driving record for the last three years. Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 120 pounds; delivering appliances is challenging work and we don't want you to hurt yourself. Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently or with little supervision.
