I'm looking for a new roommate to share my studio space in Brooklyn Army Terminal. Rent is $430 / month (per person). The room is ~200sf with windows and a water view. There is a larger communal work area as well as a shared wood shop, with access to table saws, band saws, planer, jointer, and chop saw etc. Also access to a laser cutter and 3D printer. Wifi and heat are included, and access is 24 hrs. I'm not there much during the week. Accessible by ferry or N / R
