I'm in DESPERATE need to find a chiropractor that takes OHP/CCare I know this isn't the usual post here, but I am desperate, my lower back has kept me in bed since Wednesday, I have tried every self correction video on YouTube and nothing cracks or pops its just a lot of pressure and then pure pain right after no matter what stretches I do If anyone has any recommendations to relieve pain, and especially for chiropractors that takes ohp/ccare I will be so greatful Please and thank you I'm im so much pain please help.
