MOONLIGHTING HANDYMAN FOR MAILBOX REFURB

I am looking for insured handyman to refurbish outside mailbox and structure (see photos). The existing metal post supporting the mailbox has rusted out. This rusted out pipe is anchored by a five gal. bucket with concrete approximately 3-4’ underground. The steel metal post has rusted out so need the concrete bucket and post to be excavated, removed and replaced. I will supply a replacement stainless steel support pipe, the existing mailbox and part of support pipe (still in good condition) & five gallon bucket. You would supply the labor necessary to excavate the existing concrete bucket (I have a long handled shovel) and rusted out pipe and a 40-50 pound bag of concrete. You would dispose of the existing 5 gallon bucket, concrete and rusted out pipe. You would also supply the measurements necessary to conform to USPS height restrictions. If necessary, the stainless steel pipe may need to be cut to conform to USPS specs. I can supply the pipe cutter if required. I put the mailbox in many years ago but age and injuries have caught up with me so I can’t replace it myself and need your help. Please provide an estimate for the work – start to finish and / or any questions that you may have.
