Need someone to plant and care for groundcover in large bed

I have a long bed in the back of a building that has some shrubs planted in it. It's on a slope, so I was hoping to find someone to plant an easy-to-care-for ground cover in the bed. Periwinkle, ivy, whatever will work. (I'm open to better ideas too.) You'd have to purchase the ground cover and plant it.
