Kindred's Life presents its first ever sister circle! This group meet up will focus on setting GOALS for the upcoming months and connecting!
Come one come all to this amazing kick off of our very first sister circle! This group meet is designed to be a circle of support and encouragement for all women. Life Coaches Robin and Melody will lead the circle in an exercise to get the mind flowing and ready to set some goals! Bring a journal and be prepared to spend 90 minutes with like minded women engaging in some warm and wonderful sharing and self work. If you've been searching for more social connection and friend then join us for a great group coaching session!
** Age 16+. Please wear warm socks/slippers as shoes are not allowed on mats. You may also wish to bring a journal for note taking/ goal setting as well as a blanket for additional comfort.
