2 year old Male Normal Gray Cockatiel

I have a two year old male cockatiel I just rehomed a couple of weeks ago. He was vetted about a month ago and is healthy. He can be very sweet, likes scritches, loves to eat from your plate and is semi tame. He eats pellets, seeds, fresh veggies, fruit and almost anything you make for yourself. He sleeps 12 hours a day and is fully flighted. He flies around all day long and loves to explore.. He only stays in a cage to sleep. It is Spring which is breeding time for cockatiels. He is difficult for me to handle now due to this and I'm disabled so it's hard for me to have to calm him and deal with this. I have another cockatiel that I've had for four years that has never gone through this type of behavior during Spring so I'm not used to it. I hate to give him up but I can't handle him. He is free. I don't believe in charging for animals. He does not come with a cage so you need to have your own but I will include some treats, his perches, and a bird/critter carrier for him. You must pick up in San Francisco. I prefer he go to a home where he can fly around. He loves to fly and is an excellent flyer. Thank you.
