Chef Earl Cross of Taste of 757 Earned associate degree in Culinary Arts and a bachelor’s in food service management from Johnson and Wales. Why are you a chef: To feed the mind, body, soul of people. Who inspires you: The happy customers. What is your favorite food or dish to cook: Crab cakes, pasta. Chef Wimbo Retired Navy, 20 years. Attended the Culinary Institute of Virginia. Why are you a chef: Love to make people happy. Who inspire you: My kids, the facial expression of guest when they taste my food.
