Book clubs meet weekly to explore the world through reading. Each week we will delve into different genres of literature. Summer should be about having FUN. More than ever, kids need to try new things, explore, learn in the real world, and meet and interact with friends. Summer Learning Clubs do just that. Students will directly interact with their peers and teachers with a focus on real life learning. Small group instruction will be provided in a 1:6 teacher-to -student ratio, facilitated by experienced K-8 certified teachers. Book clubs meet weekly to explore the world through reading. Each week we will delve into different genres of literature. Students will be directed to books that engage and excite them. On Tuesday, June 29, your child entering third grade in fall, 2021, will develop their plan for reading this summer. Because we are able to admit a limited number of students, you will be charged a deposit of $25 upon registration. Your deposit will be refunded less credit card processing fees upon attendance or notification of inability to attend sent to [email protected] or 203.291.4815 by 11 am on Tuesday, June 22.
