Join a small up-and-coming landscape and hardscape design build company and work with a small crew. Will be responsible for a wide range of labor tasks to help complete large-scale outdoor projects. Looking for someone who can work well with the project manager to get the job done and is motivated to grow with the company. Monthly incentive bonuses will be paid when profit goals are met. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of tasks working outdoors including landscape installation, hauling/demo work, digging/trenching (hand tools and/or equipment), laying stone, gravel, dirt, mulch, etc. Operating outdoor equipment such as trencher, small skid steer, chain saw, etc. Use of hand tools and power tools. Pickup materials and deliver to job sites. Communicate job status and details with client and co-workers. Work as a team with a small crew (only 2-3 currently, but could grow). Skills/Qualifications: Experience in either landscaping, construction, or general handyman tasks. Masonry, carpentry, or welding are a plus! Must be physically able to perform labor required. Self-motivated, independent thinker, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, strong work ethic. Must possess a valid driver's license.
