Story Time for ages 3-5 In-person programs are back! Join us for stories, singing, and a craft for our Letter of the Week. Registration opens one week prior to event and EACH individual attending has to register. Programs will be held in the Council Chambers to enable social distancing. Masks are required. Please be on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to someone else. Only those with Highland City Library cards can pre-register. If your home library is American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, or Eagle Mountain, you are not allowed to participate, but we encourage you to participate in programs offered by your home library. By registering I agree that neither I, nor anyone who will be present at the event have any illness symptoms or are in a high-risk category for coronavirus. If we are no longer able to come, I will cancel so that others may register. While at the event, I agree to follow all the COVID-19 safety guidelines and any additional instructions from City staff. The City will do all in its power to make this a contagion free event, however, I acknowledge that Highland City cannot guarantee all risks are eliminated. I accept the risks involved and agree to indemnify Highland City against all claims arising out of my and my group’s attendance at the event. I agree to use my best efforts to ensure the safety of all in my party at the event as described above and in following the state’s orders and guidelines.
