4/20 Wellness Retreat In honor of 4/20, Bison Botanics is kicking off the celebration with a renewal opportunity. Release the stress and tension you are holding and connect to your higher self with us. Details: From 11am-1pm, we will start with a Smoke & Sage Ceremony followed by Vinyasa Flow Yoga by Kristen Brown leading into a full body guided meditation by local hypnotherapist Kristen Cooper, and you will receive Reiki from 716 Health Reiki practitioners. During this wellness retreat you will experience the healing power of Essential Oils and learn more about Cannabis in general. Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open heart ready to release what no longer serves you. All attendees will receive a hemp pre-roll and gummy sample. 1:00-2:00pm: Shop local vendors and meet and greet with the instructors and staff of Bison Botanics Some of the local vendors: Mom’s Story Cookbooks, Empress Nasha,Herlon Gardens and more! Cost: $25. Purchase your ticket to reserve your spot (limited spots available). You must have a ticket to attend the wellness workshop. Walk-ins are welcome for vendors and shopping.
