Need lead carpenter and one rough-framer to build deck cover. 8-hour days. I have building plans, building permit, all materials. Will supervise, need labor support. Bonded and insured proof required. Post and beam construction, T&G roof with corrugated metal cover. Requires layout of concrete footings for four posts, ledger board mounted to concrete block wall. Additional renovation work possible for qualified carpenter; stucco work for house and garden walls. Grounds work will fill in while concrete footings set, to assure full days in this project.
