Adult cat looking for a home

We've been looking after this stray cat at our workshop for a while. He showed up toward the end of last Summer, probably dumped at the park. I started feeding him once I noticed he wasn't just "passing through", and he's become very comfortable and cuddly, so he was undoubtedly someone's pet in an earlier life. I guess he's about 3 years old, and I guess he's a he (probably fixed because there's not a lot there!). He's bigger than most cats. We aren't at the shop every day, and none of us is in a situation to take him home (landlords, other pets, etc). He really deserves a full time home, and would be appreciative. Small rehoming fee in the form of a donation to our theater company to assure he's going to a home that wants him. He's been given flea medication and Drontal recently. He'll need a vet checkup, but he appears to be completely healthy and hasn't been in any fights.
