This is a small, upper level studio, above my cottage.

-Small bathroom.
-Good sized private backyard area.
I mostly have rented this unit out as a living situation, (please see 1500. studio fairfax if interested}
Yet I am also open to renting it, for less,
as a 9-5, (M-F) office/Art studio space.
Depending on what it is for.
I had a professional photographer rent it for 2 years.
