Construction Helper with minimum 3-years experience. We are small, family-owned General Contracting Construction Company in Seattle, seeking an experienced construction helper to join our team. Our work is predominately on existing home remodels and small commercial tenant improvements in North Seattle. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-years construction experience with remodel skills and the ability to balance quality work with time efficiency. Applicants should be self-motivated, trust-worthy and hard-working. Compensation base is market competitive ($18-28/hour) based on experience level. Benefits after 90 days include health, dental & life insurance, state required L&I insurance & vacation/sick time. Annual bonus based on performance. Scope of Work may include: • Demolition
 • Structural framing • Drywall work • Tile work
 • Flooring installation
 • Finish carpentry & millwork • Painting (interior & exterior) • Deck and fence work; both new & repair/rebuilds • Window and door installation • Siding and exterior trim Requirements: • 3-year minimum construction experience • Some basic hand tools required; power tools will be provided while you work with us • Ability to lift 80 lbs • Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on a ladder • Ability to organize and maintain clean job-sites free of hazards • Ability to work and communicate effectively with others • Positive & smart-working attitude • Must maintain clean and professional appearance • Phone and reliable transportation are a must We are looking for individuals who are proficient in the above listed areas. While it is not required that you have mastered all of the areas of remodel, we are looking for individuals who can go to a job site and be comfortable enough to work in these areas of construction without extensive training.
