Exp Carpenter and Helper wanted MUST have exp. No inexperienced people. Must be exp. in framing, siding, decks, remodel and other aspects of construction. We also do Commercial framing wood construction. No drunks druggies, must have transportation. If you like to lay out once a week we don't waste my time. We are a extremely efficient crew. I work with the crew everyday leading. I wear a tool belt everyday. I have been in business for 27 yrs and Master Carpenter of 35 yrs. $200 sign on bonus must show up everyday for 3 weeks to qualify for bonus. You must be on time also to work everyday. At the end on 3 weeks then you get the bonus. Probationary period for first 3 weeks also to see if you are a fit for the crew. If you have a lot of drama and it affects your work or being at work don't apply I will try to get to every call. If I do not respond I may at a later date due to turnover of incompatibility. I have lots of work very little down time due to weather I have inside work when it rains. I own forklifts and Skid Steer for framing clean up etc... and all the best equipment for high performance level of production. I am not hard to get along with but will not put up with B.S. Drunks, Druggies, Liars If you have to be on your phone 24/7 do not apply. You may take personal calls at break and lunch. While you are on the clock no calls unless it is urgent or an emergency. Start work on Monday get paid Fri. I do not hold a week pay back. We mostly work in the Denver Lake Norman area. Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Troutman area.
